AWAC Districts

The Anthony Wayne Area Council is divided into Six Districts that serve 11 Northeast Indiana counties. This page is set up to help you locate the Scouting District in your area. Please use the map and resources below to find your District.


Lincolnway District serves Kosciusko and Whitley counties, including the cities of Warsaw, Columbia City, North Webster, South Whitley, Syracuse and more. (Green area on map)

Miami District serves the Southern half of Allen County, including parts of Fort Wayne and New Haven and all of Aboite Township, Monroeville and more. (Orange area on map)

Pokagon District serves DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties, including the cities of Auburn, Kendallville, Lagrange, Angola and more. (Yellow area on map)

Scout Reach District gives special leadership to ensure that all young people have an opportunity to join Scouting, regardless of their circumstances, neighborhood, or ethnic background.

Thunderbird District serves the Northern half of Allen County, including parts of Fort Wayne and New Haven and all of Huntertown and the Leo-Cedarville area and more. (Blue area on map)

Wabash Valley District serves Adams, Huntington, Jay, and Wells counties, including the cities of Huntington, Bluffton, Decatur, Portland, and more. (Red area on map)
