The Council utilizes Trails-End Popcorn as our partner for the fall product sale. The annual popcorn sale is designed as a Council-wide fundraising event for all units. Commissions from the popcorn sale allow units to expand and improve their programs and they play a huge role in helping the Council underwrite costs of Scouting in its operating budget.
