Seafood Boil Auction

For 10 years, the Anthony Wayne Area Council has hosted our annual Seafood Boil & Auction.  The Seafood Boil has been a unique special event for the Anthony Wayne Area Council and quickly become one of the top fundraising events the Council holds each year.

Unfortunately, after lengthy discussions we have decided that in order to ensure the safety of our Scouting family and supporters it is inadvisable for us to hold our traditional boil and auction this fall.  However, in order to continue to raise the funds desperately needed to support the Scouts across Northeast Indiana, the Anthony Wayne Area Council will continue with the auction portion of the event, although it will be held in an online format. 

The great news is that now, the auction is open to all members of the Scouting family and community across the Anthony Wayne Area Council!  The auction kicks-off now at awac.wedoauctions.com and will conclude at 7:00 PM on October 24th.

This year, more than ever we need your help to raise the desperately needed  funds through this auction.  How can you help?  There are a couple things we would like you to consider:

1.  Log onto the auction at awac.wedoauctions.com or click on the auction link at the council website, awac.org.  Take a look at the auction items and bid!  New items are being gathered and added regularly, so bookmark the site and check back regularly.

2.  Promote our auction website awac.wedoauctions.com to your family, friends, Scout unit families, coworkers, neighbors and anyone else that would be interested in supporting the Scouting program here in Northeast Indiana.

9th Annual Seafood Boil & Auction 

The 9th Annual Seafood Boil & Auction was a booming success! This event raised over $75,000, which will be used to impact the lives of the youth that are being served in the Anthony Wayne Area Council.  There were around 260    individuals in attendance for this night of fun, fellowship, food, and fundraising.  The event this year was the best yet and it was only made possible through our sponsors, volunteers, attendees, and staff.
