Spring Training Weekend

The COPE Level 2 instructor training allow you to help run the Low & High Course at Anthony Wayne Scout Reservation. The training covers how to safely run the elements. So we can give for scouts a safe challenging way to learn and challenge themselves. Limited to 12 participants. Price $ TBD

Leave No Trace Trainer: This course will allow participants to learn & practice the 7 principles of Leave No Trace. This course will also focus on the effective presentation of these principles. The course will pivot between both classroom and outdoor experiences and presentations. Participants will learn both front country and back country information. Price $ TBD

Certified Angler Instructor: Course delivers an understanding of the Mission and Vision of Outdoor Programs-Fishing, assisting in your efforts to Deliver the Promise. You will learn age based and skill appropriate fishing tools and techniques for your Scouts, ranging from the Cane Pole to Fly Fishing. The course highlights best practices on content delivery, in both the classroom and the field. Price $ TBD

Cub Rangemaster Training with Airsoft: This training required for Camp Staff working on a Shooting Range for Day or Resident Camp. Training should be taken every 2 years. NOTE: In order to receive the required Range Master with airsoft endorsement you must attend ALL the Cub Range Master classes for the entire day. Archery, BB Gun, Wrist Rockets, & Airsoft!! Price $ TBD

ASI ATV Rider Course: This course will allow participants to learn & practice safe riding of ATV’s. The course will pivot between both classroom and Riding experiences. This course is needed to do fun rides at Summer Camp and ride ATV at BSA Events. Price $ TBD
